Beautiful location in Piazza Roma of this typical pinseria. Excellent quality pinsa in a youthful and friendly environment. Massimo Pellegrini makes you feel at home, welcome, with the great friendliness that only an iconic yellow and blue from the 90s could give me. Other dishes are also worth trying. Winning across the board, starting from a beautiful location on Piazza Roma, passing through an always smiling and helpful staff, arriving at a truly good cuisine that can satisfy even those who want some particular flavours. The pinsa is really good, light, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. I also tried a dessert and I was satisfied with that too. The menu also offers more than pinsa, but personally, at least for the first time, I would recommend you try that one, it's really excellent.
