Absolutely amazing!!! Beyond superb service and the food was delicious. Very quick and efficient, always a waitress there to help you. Cannot recommend this place highly enough

Sorry but did not enjoy my experience. Service was too slow and waitresses at the time were inattentive. Cannot comment on the food as I left before my order was even taken.

Excellent food and service! Very fresh and great tasting meals. Staff were very efficient. Food service was quick. Would definitely go back again!

My partners mother and it was so disappointing. I called and made a booking on Tuesday and i got the date wrong so i called and cancelled my Tuesday booking and made one for Friday. The guy i talked to didn't cancel by booking on Tuesday.I asked for a table near the window as my partners mother has been wanting to go there for 2 years but we were in the corner not what the guy said we were sitting. When we got there a staff member sat us down and gave us menus but when we asked about the menu she didn't know much about the menu or the pasta. I got the fettuccine and is wasn't cooked properly as some of the pasta was stuck together and hard, I only ate half. It took alot to get our waitresses notice to get more drinks and spoons for the pasta as they didn't give us any to start with. I didn't want to embarrass my partners mother so i didn't say anything while i was there or i would have straight away. I really thought with all of the hipe and fine dining prices it would live it to its name but severely disappointed.

Left before ordering food - We had a booking for 4, while waiting for our friends i ordered a cocktail and my husband ordered a glass of rose, my cocktail came out and our friends have arrived shorlty after. 40 mins later the glass of rose comes out and our friends had not been offered a drink, remeber this is after waiting 40 mins!! We then prompt the lifeless waitress who dropped off the glass of rose to take drink orders and we wanted to order our meals, we received the response of "i can take your drink orders but someone else will take your meal order"...there was no sense of urgency to get someone to take our meal order...so we decided to down our drinks and leave. One of the worst experience ever!! If you're going to charge up to $40 for a meal you need to better than that, for example a customer should be offered a drink as soon as they are seated and why are you're waiters not able to take both drink and food orders? Maybe you should have a chat to restaurants like Georges on Waymouth and learn how to serve your customers. The score of 1 is questionable but there are no lower options. Don't waste your time or money so many better options out there for a similar price range!
