Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Mobile

DO NOT EAT HERE! The reviews speak for themselves but I NEVER got my food after waiting for over 30 mins after work. Absolute ridiculous excuse for a food joint. Definitely needs better management because this is not the way to run at business. I've read over 20 bad reviews that relate to timing of the drive through and many other mistakes, so obviously they do not care. The people that work here are a JOKE!

After 17minutes after I ordered and pulled to the drive through window someone FINALLY came to the window to ask hey what you waiting for I said my order, 2 smoothies not anything crazy. He said OK, closed the window and five minutes later someone else came open mouthed to the window surprised someone was there. They did find my half melted smoothies and hand them to me; without straws. Closed the window. Walked away. And then reacted with an oh my gah mouth agap again when I knocked on the window and asked if I could please have two straws. I used to be a supporter of TS not again.

The slowest group of workers ever. I sat in line 15 mins for a sandwich no one said it will be a moment sorry for the wait NOTHING. Cars behind me upset. A group of 5 ppl walked out the inside because no one greeted them. I will never visit this location against. Very poor service.

Smoothies and food are always great here! It seemed like they were understaffed in the early afternoon, but the workers were very nice and communicated well.

This location is extremely slow… every time I eat at this one, I wait in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes… Not sure if they’re under staffed or what.
