I asked for no salate and tomato from a ground, especially no tomato. I was with both. now I am running aquafina water that I do not drink and tomato that I do not eat.
Extremely unfriendly and won't be back here at this Taco Bell ever. I always try to be fair and positive and this experience was my worst since being here in Mobile.
They have gotten so high and the food not as good for what I paid we could had went to a nice place just sucks
The rudest employees I've ever talked to in my life. My boyfriend and I ordered a big meal to take home with us for my family and our order was wrong. We ended up having an extra soft taco instead of my second chalupa. I kindly went up and told the cashier there may have been a mistake and this nasty rude old woman in the back yelled that she ABSOLUTELY had everything right. Just straight up told me I was lying to her face. I went back to my table, grabbed my taco bell bag, and pulled out everything in front of her and showed her what was wrong. She ended up giving me my second chalupa. still had an attitude. Worst experience ever
Every time I come to this location they always mess up our food and this is the very last time I order here because I had used doordash and me my bf and my 3 y/o all woke up from food poisoning throwing up and when I called to get a refund I was rudely hung up on and I called back and demanded the manager she contacted her boss which told her I needed to get my refund through doordash and it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a refund and I wil no longer be using doordash nor going to this subway again
