Poor customer service! Owner was extremely rude to my mother and I while ordering subs and death glared me and another customer for no reason at all. Also, she we won?t let use coupons the way they are written. Very disappointed!
I placed an order on Monday 4th of July and the restaurant said it was open and I go to the restaurant to pick up my food and the restaurant was closed and they had charged my card. I go Tuesday July 5th to get a refund and the restaurant is closedagain. I finally reach someone on Wednesday and they said to come to the store and they?ll make my sandwich or issue me a refundand when I got to the restaurant they refused to make my sandwich or give me a refund and said I have to wait 3-5 days for arefund or call my bank and dispute the charge. This is hands down the worst experience I?ve ever had with subway over the last15 years I?ve been visiting them
This is location was the first and the last I will visit. The Indian lady was rude in a way where I ask for extra lettuce and other ingredients when she didn't even put enough on the sub. She gave me the dirty look and mean mug like she was unhappy. Ifthis lady running her own franchise which she is the owner of that location, Subway need to come and investigate. Losingbusiness is caused by lack of customer skills, bad manners and attitude toward customers. Either hired and trained someone orclose down the business for good. That lady need to be terminated and close down her business.
The customerservice was fine. My problem is when I was charged for a Sub that was supposed to be free. I ordered it on the app,buy 2 get I for free but the app charged me for all 3. I was told to come in and get the refund or another sandwich. Did Imention they Called me? I went to the store three time before I had the chance to speak to anyone because they were still closed@ 10a.m. Maybe they are short staff but this simple fix hasn't been simple. Yes, I'm still waiting for a refund.I had thereceipt Showing what happened but I was sent away.
