She joked with us and dealt with our chaotic family and handled everything in a timely manner and very professionally. She made us feel like family and want to plan another night for all of us again she definitely deserves the world if not more in her future and we were so blessed to have her as a server for tonight. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection we all left with full bellies and smiling faces im unsure of who the chef was but he/she did a phenomenal job we look forward to coming back!
I had a great time on ruby Tuesday the other day. herr tony was our server, so polite and knowledgeable about the menu. badezimmer were very clean, salatbar was delicious, large selection. we will request tony again, he made our experience very unforgettable with sweating and anticipate our needs. will be back soon!
I like to come to various ruby Tuesdays especially for salatable. about all, they seem good to do so to keep it on stock, and with fresh items and a lot of choice. her food for me is usually very sufficient, but not excellent. our perpetrator darts were good as expected, but both sandwiches seem as if they were the pre-shaped frozen patten, in contrast to fresh. many places do this and can still stand out with a good meal. They weren't bad, but they weren't fantastic either. as I said, they were very sufficient. but again we come to this chain mainly for the salatable. it is rarely disappointed, and to use the main meal is secondary to the salatable we come. in the round we got exactly what we expected. service was also quite good. So I give it 4 stars because it was all we had expected, but not there are 5 because they play their game on the quality of their meals.
Possibly one of the worst experiences ever. I was hired here on Friday, and in this night I brought people here to celebrate. during our dinner time the server asked my man what he wanted, took the order and asked if he would like to add the salatable for $4.99 extra. my man said yes and I should get the salatable. the server michael said that we could not do this, and would not very well explain to my man why we could not do it; so my man asked for the manager sarah. sarah explained to him why he was that he could not just give me his salate and apologized. my man was very hungry, so when the server came back, he said he wanted nothing at this moment. So I ordered. a medium-sized, rare steak with garnel, baked carrot and grilled zucchini. the steak was extremely hard and not edible, the zucchini has fat everywhere and it tasted like. something was burned. I can't describe it. So instead I asked for chicken breeders. while the server went to get it, my man and I decided to eat somewhere else, and we informed the server that we would only pay for what we had (two drinks and some kartomas for our daughters) and left. Then I get a call today and said they didn't want to stop me and gave me no explanation. we were not rude time for our server michael or for sarah. my man was nice and apologetic as I. This place is a sweat of a business and a sweat of a restaurant. they pay their hostesses $4.00 per hour. Perhaps it was the best. Many thanks to marla and sarah for one of the worst performance and gastronomy experiences of all time. they come to find out nancy donahue from the company called me and informed me that the reason why they decided not to continue is because my man sarah intimidates. all because he asked for a manager and wanted to find out why he can't pay for me for salatable.
I wish they had one in my home town in tx. the salatable is so fresh and tasty. please expand to Texas!
