Krystal - Mobile

This place is horrible!! They will not take your order at night. Tell you it's going to be 15 to 30 minutes for your order. That's because they are on their phones or outside on break. Very rude people. Do not order food here.

Ordered a 16$ krystal chik meal, the tee was pampered so we went to change it. I'm back to work and the chiks were burned and insensitive to the point that it hurt their teeth to bite into them. I wanted to try to replace the food, no call back. brought in the person to change, and they said they didn't have to replace it because we already replaced the tee and their tee was not spoiled. I usually eat 2 to 5 times a week. I won't do that anymore. if the customer service is so bad, I find a new place that wishes my 16.00 clock on the day for lunch. do not recommend to eat in this business.

How do you say it's gonna wait 15 minutes for krystals? that is literally 95% of their business; anyway I left them and went to the gas station over the street, spent at least 15 minutes doso; when I am back, it is still a 15 minutes waiting for krystals? wth!? you are just lazy and don't want to work, not sad

Nasty, dirty, unclean behind the counter, I tried to go some burgers, but could not wait because the lobby girl was on the break..and although I was the only one in the lobby and only one car in the car ride thru I was not waiting for 15 minutes, so after three times after service I was asked. That's the second time that this happened. So I'm with krystals to eat a lot of places to put up with müllservice, but I guess what the brand has become krystal.

Food was barely edible. Cheese Krystals had no cheese. You could tell they were old and no where near fresh. By the time we got our food it was cold. Definitely do not recommend this place ?
