Racist scumbags charged me for a porkchop biscuit won't pay me my money back bc they didn't give me a receipt and the mager just keeps saying come back tomorrow and I'll fix it and this was the 4th day in a row so I'm boycotting the franchise and will taking legal action since screw your receipt I have something called bank statements and you have denied me of a refund and now your còok wants to run his mouth about Me and no one does anything to stop it so I'll handle it for you Hardee's! Your welcome but it's gonna be a PR DISASTER. I have video and audio and I will upload it to every social media platform and to the local news . I'll press charges and sue after I was blatantly humiliated and bullied because of my race. This is that one rare moment where you can actually prove they were racially abusing me and stealing from me while refusing to fix it even though they day everyday they will fix it tomorrow. and then physically threatening me ballng his fists and cussing me out.Have fun getting shut down I'm exposing all of you clowns. It's called respect didn't show me any so now ill show the whole world just who you all really are . I'll leave the faces unblured so people won't forget who you are . My lawyer will love this he became a lawyer specifically for situations such as these.

The service was horrible. I ordered my food but forgot to order something to drink. I noticed I was the only one in the drive through and no one inside ordering food. So I apologize to the young man and asked if I could add a orange juice. He turned to get my juice walking and shaking his head. Really ugly attitude. He told me my total $8.23 I gave him a $20 and said I have the .23 cent He took the $20 out my hand and preceded to give me my change back. I was still holding the 23 cent. I told him I said I had the 23cent. He said back to me I didn't hear you.. I can't open my drawer and closed the window in my face. I sit there asking for my recipe. He walked away and did not come back to the window. Very poor customer service. I was going out of my way to be nice to him. I understand some people has a bad day but this definitely was un called for. He was a tall big man with his head and part of his face covered. I definitely will not be stopping back by this store again.

Took 15 to order with two people standing in the kitchen talking. Bread on the sandwich was squished. Overall not good.

I guess they decided to make heart biscuits for Valentine's but it's only the 2nd I would rather have biscuits that are cooked done than heart shaped. Mine were gummy this morning. I'm done with Hardee's.
