Chick-fil-a - Mobile

The staff here is consistently friendly and goes above and beyond, especially when there’s a wait! They really came through for us today after we were disappointed by another restaurant downtown. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A!

I waited 28 minutes in the drive-through! They were out of salads, mac and cheese, fruit, and wraps! There's only one person working the drive-through for two lanes, so I sat at lane two for 10 minutes without anyone responding, leaving me unsure if I was in the right lane. The employees were nice, but this was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. It seems like they are understaffed—is this an issue with the owner?

The drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A is the slowest I've ever experienced. It's not even that there's a long line; it just doesn't seem to move at all.

This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A ever. Waited an hour for 4 chicken sandwich meals. Was told they was waiting on chicken to come up but yet 30 other people had came in after us ordered and left with their food. When I requested a refund she threw 4sandwiched in a bag and said here. So obviously the order was not even correct. The employees were extremely rude and customerservice was horrible.

When I requested a refund, the employee just tossed four sandwiches into a bag and said, "Here." Clearly, they got the order wrong. The staff was very rude, and the customer service was awful.
