Silveray Italian Restaurant - Moalboal

This restaurant specializes in fresh seafood. You can get them to order mud crabs etc from the market at a reasonable price. Although they cannot make chili mud crab.

Ate all of my meals at this place for days. The price is right and the food is good. Very basically furnished, a great deal.

The seafood we ordered (fish, cuttlefish etc) was really fresh! They can simply grill it or cook in a variety of Asian styles. We returned to this restaurant twice as the food was really good and better value than other restaurants along the street.

Our guide, Mafee, made arrangement with them so that we can have our seafood feast straight after our dives. This cut down all waiting time. The prawns, fish, and crabs were all delicious. I particularly like the garlic prawns, simply delicious. Service was ok. Will recommend.

The place may look flimsy but the food is great - at least I can speak for the fresh grilled snapper. It was really good. It was served fresh off the grill and I had to restrain myself from digging in too soon. Just plain fresh and flavorful. It was a bit pricey but it was one of the happiest meals I had during my recent stay in Moalboal. We went here for a really late lunch and we were a tad bit hungry and a bit disappointed when we saw someone go out and buy charcoal to grill the fish we just ordered. We waited for a while but when you're hungry time is very relative. We were becoming more disappointed by the minute but I gotta say it was well worth the wait. I was just starting to despise the place but the flavorful snapper really won my heart (or taste buds and tummy, for that matter).
