Tacos El Gordo - Moab

Fantastic food truck! The guys working the truck were funny and made the experience enjoyable. The smothered burrito looked delicious and it definitely was! Came out fast too, I was able to order and receive my food while my family still waited for their food at other trucks.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The food is authentic and tastes fantastic! It’s hard to find a place that exceeds in both burritos and tacos, but the only place I’ve found carnitas burritos and asada tacos as good as they are here is in Mexico!

After a long hike at Arches National Park, we arrived starved and thirsty at this food truck corner and took a chance at trying Tacos el Gordo. We were rewarded with delicious food, that is authentic in it's ingredients and range of flavors and texture. The food had spice that was flavorful but not volcanic, and just right. The food came out fresh and piping hot, the bread had the requisite soft consistency, and the meat was tender. We highly recommend the tortas and burritos. Judging by number of patrons that kept stopping by, this is a popular spot. We even took a second order to go. Thank you for restoring us with your scrumptious food.

Fresh Ingredients VERY reasonable prices !Hermanos is located a block off the main drag in Moab. Everything is fresh and made to order. I had the taco rice and it was delicious more than enough for a meal and less than $5.00They have a variety of sauces to try too.

These are the best tacos in the world! The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I could happily eat here every day. My only complaint is that they’re not always open, but that’s understandable since this dedicated team travels many hours to bring us the finest tacos in Moab!
