Quesadilla Mobilla - Moab

The veggie quesadilla was delicious! It would be great if they offered additional ingredients to customize it for vegan or vegetarian options.

The restaurant no longer serves the vegan queensadilla and is not open to any modifications to the menu.

We initially chose this restaurant because we noticed they had a vegan option, but we ended up leaving when we saw how absurdly it was described. A plant-based choice is far more environmentally friendly and doesn’t involve harming animals, no matter how much they promote their cheese on a quesadilla.

That’s what they say about their own single vegan option, so I think that speaks for itself.

They have one single quesadilla that is beans, peppers, sweet potato, green Chile, minus cheese. It kind of annoyed me that in the description they say “we do not recommend but if we must” or something like that. Like if you have such a problem with a vegan option why even offer it? Anyways, overall was a good, quick bite and I’m grateful. Reasonably priced at $9.
