Ordered pickup Friday evening 8/12 between 9:30-10p and he was making all pizzas by himself, handling the register, delivering on service, and not batting an eye at the other employees in the store who were doing I'm not sure what.Please give Harry a raise and find him better help.
Ordered a big dinner box, and the boneless wings/ breadsticks were fantastic. Unfortunately one of the pizzas had raw dough still, and the other pizza had olives that had gone bad and smelled very gross. The smell of the olives stunk up the whole box.For $44 I expected it to be better, but they unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Not as important but, I was notifiedthat my food was ready, but when I walked in it was still in the oven. I did not call to complain though, by the time I couldthey had already closed.
Ripped us off. Drink machine was broken, so we asked for water. They charged us nearly 13 bucks for 4 dinky bottles of Aquafina. Menu is also attached. Note no price for water.
We went for a dine in and the girl taking orders was very rude and didn't bother giving any specials. All she was giving out all was additude. We had a long day of hiking and wanted to leave but decided to stay. When our food came out it was not dine instyle it was to go. That would have been nice to know. Why give the option if you cant accommodate your customers. Having torequest plates and utensils for a dine in is ridiculous. The pizza was good and the cooks were very nice. Maybe give her a classin customer service. She needs it!!.. With COVID we understand not every service is available. But customers shouldn't have todeal with that.
Quick pit stop to get pizza after a visit to arches. A 20-25 minutes wait time for the pizzas to be ready after placing the order.
