Miguel's Baja Grill - Moab

Wow, were did this service come from, 2018?! Every time the waitress pass our table she always looked our way to see if we needed anything . Who does that anymore? Food was fabulous. I got a tostada appetizer dish and it was huge. My husband got the chicken tacos and it was a large plate. The place was festive, but no air conditioning. We didn't mind sitting outside in between the shade of the buildings. This was quite comfortable. This is a family owned restaurant and our excellent server was Zaida.

We went sure where to eat till we walked by this hole In a wall restaurant. I got the Chile rellano and it was the best one I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place if your in Moab Utah.

The atmosphere is out of this world. Such a small little hid away place. The service was top-notch and very attentive. All four of our dishes were out of this world. I had the super big burrito, someone else had the Chile Rellano, the chicken tacos from the kids menu, and the Carne Asada tacos. I don't think I've ever had better Carne Asada tacos! This is a must return place on the list. By far the best food we have had in town.

Dinner here while enjoying the beauty of Arches. Tasty Margaritas and food that was top shelf. The spicy steak fajitas were just as described favor full with some heat making it interesting. We also had the fish tacos and those were very good and tame until you put the jalapeño that was supplied with the meal, then it became a different meal with ample heat for our taste buds. We will return to Miguel's during our next visit to Moab to satisfy our taste for a Mexican style meal.

Amazing! The atmosphere is fun and cozy. The food is all out of this park. The service couldn't be better. If you're in Moab, don't miss this spot. Seating is a bit limited, so be prepared for some sort of wait (we had to wait for about 20 minutes). There's plenty of shops nearby though, so the wait doesn't need to be boring. 5/5
