The best Pho I had in Czechia outside the Prague's Sapa. Rest of the restaurant is what it is, a simple Vietnameese bistro with all its charms and faults. But the Pho is legendary! I was told that the rest of the menu is also top notch, but for me the Pho place to go!

We've been to Pho Viet many times and will be back again soon. This place is legit! Their starters are great, the soups on point and the mains are the best in Mladá Boleslav for sure. Their chefs know what they're doing and even the service in the restaurant is well above average for Czech standards it even comes with a smile! I am a big fan of Pho Viet and wholeheartedly recommend you giving it a try when you're in the area, you will not be disappointed.
