Yī Jí うどん - みやき町

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the daily fried chicken set. It had a subtle and satisfying flavor. I enjoyed it a lot. It's interesting to see that they have expanded to Vietnam as well, making it a global restaurant!

I had always wanted to try this restaurant, so I traveled 40 minutes one way to get there, haha. I arrived around 1 pm, and the restaurant was almost full. I ordered the udon I had my eye on! The broth had a Kyushu flavor and was delicious, but the best part was that the broth was served at the perfect temperature - not too hot, not too lukewarm. The katsudon was certainly tasty, but I wished it had a bit more crunch. The best part about this restaurant is the excellent customer service from the staff. They serve with a smile, and even the owner himself is at the register handling the payment. I was very impressed with their friendliness!

I ordered the Nikuzan Kake Udon with rice ball and fried chicken set. There were various items on the menu. The restaurant was fully packed during lunch time. Self-service options like pickles were available. They also had fruit sandwiches which were delicious.

今回私は期間限定のイベントの筑後うどんスタンプラリーでこのお店を訪れました。 このお店のイベントメニューのチャーシューまぜうどんを食べました。 麺がもちもちしててとてもおいしかったです。また、出汁もうまく絡んでくれておいしかったです！ このお店ではお惣菜で、うどんのかりん糖と昆布、佃煮があり、すべてとても良い味でした！！ 今回はコラボメニューを食べたので次はお店の一番人気のメニューを注文したいと思います
