Note: not open evenings the menu was limited in options. we tried 2. both were not anything to write home about... very few tables, we had to wait
Great healthy vegan option for food and coffee and smoothies when travelling in Mitzpeh Ramon area, on the way to and from Eilat. Great food, fair prices, excellent atmosphere. Locally owned.
Super cozy place. Delicious food, affordable price, friendly service. We got vegan breakfast, musli and green shake. Vegan omelette here is delicious! Highly recommend. Musli is a mix of green buckwheat, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cinnamon apples and fresh peaches and apples in light soy yogurt. Tasty! There’s also a small grocery shop sells food, lots of household agents, cosmetics etc, all vegan.
Mauna makes food which you can tell is fresh and healthy., After a Meal at Mauna, you feel like you treated your body. Unfortunately, I;ve eaten there on 3 or 4 occasions and nothing I 've ever had has really impressed me. The food is good, but not great, and also because they have a small staff last time I was there for lunch it took them well over half an hour to make a sandwich. In the past I 've tried the tofu curry and found it fairly bland and watery. The burgers are good, but if you are looking for a realistic tasting Beyond style burger, than you are in the wrong place. These taste like good wholesome fresh veggie burgers. The sandwiches are pretty good. I liked the Cashew Cheese sandwich which had great bread and lots of sprouts and the Pablo toast was pretty good as well. Since the outdoor mall (which they are situated in) expanded and they moved into their new shop, it is really a nice place to sit and take a break from the desert sun inside their cozy, comfy, and super chill restaurant. If you are looking for basic healthy food, with good fresh ingredients and decent flavors then Mauna does the trick, but for me it 's really not a wow ' experience.
