Hotel-Gasthof Traube - Mittelberg

We had dinner at hotel gasthof traube. we enjoyed the roesti with the smoked trout very much and my husband could not finish the ice cream cup. the server was very efficient and and pleasant. we would definitely go back again.

Very good and tasty food. Big selection but my favourite is their finger lickin good spare ribs! Should you choose the ribs do not take an appetiser - the portion is huge! And the fries are really nice, thin and salty - I just love them!

Had a good couple of evenings in here lively place in the wooden beer shack outside and the restaurant provides 5 star service and the food is just fab.
