Przekaż informację zwrotnąSubs are good…….when and if they get the ticket right. Often times it is slathered in sauce (even when less is marked), missing ingredients, or completely missed the chips and soda. Last two times I have not received a correct ticket.
Ordered online, sandwiches were supposed to be done at 6:40, I walk in at 6:50 and they hadn 't even started making the sandwiches yet with no one ordering up front and one car in drive thru. After my sandwiches were done, they walked past me and placed my sandwiches out on an open rack by the entrance for 'online ordering. ' I personally don 't feel comfortable knowing my foods out on an open rack that any random person can sift thru, ESPECIALLY in the era of COVID. I
Ordered a wrap and it wasn't folded and I couldn't eat it without a fork. Was messy. Come on.
Ordered for pickup at 6:30. Arrived shortly before and got a notification that our order was ready and would be out shortly. 20 minutes later we found out they hadn’t even started the order yet. Extremely frustrating to be told our order is ready, then we find out it wasn’t even started. I enjoy Subway, but I will not recommend this Subway anytime soon.
I've received numerous coupons for Subway and seen numerous adds talking about the deals at Subway. This Subway doesn't honor any of them. So all the commercials you see is false advertising. And I really wish they would stop sending me the coupons since I can't use any of them. On top of that... as I'm pulling through the drive through I get to the window and they tell me they're just starting my order and to please pull around and come inside to get my order. After they already sent a message saying my order was ready to be picked up!!!! Super frustrating
