Bp Truckstop - MITCHELL PARK

Female staff member was rude, personal issues or not, you work front line with customers....smile and put an effort in to be nice. Toilets smelt like a urinal and were disgusting....when I advised staff, they didn't apologise and didn't care. Worst place I have been in.

It’s labeled as a truck stop, but it’s really just a standard gas station! I was expecting much more, so don't go in thinking it will feel like a typical truck stop!

I just visited this restaurant and usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I was overcharged by $10, which seemed intentional because I opted to pay with gold coins rather than a credit card. When I mentioned that I could pay with my card instead, the larger gentleman with glasses either didn't hear me or simply didn't care. As a result, I ended up being overcharged.

The paper towel dispenser was actually made of paper towels. The man at the counter mentioned he didn’t mind. It didn’t need to be written down to move to the next layer. Thankfully, there were no rats. The place was busy. There's a gas station across the street or at the corner where I usually go. Tonight's visit reminded me why I haven't been here in years, even though I live so close by.
