Wah Gwan - Missouri

Visiting Wah Gwan feels like visiting a neighbor’s home. Everyone is so warm, friendly, and welcoming! We really enjoyed the ambience and OF COURSE the FOOD! We ordered at the counter (jerk chicken and stew), sat down to dine-in, and were soon served massive plates of delicious rice and extremely flavorful chicken that was literally falling off the bone! 10 STARS. The Nigerian meals are authentic flavors! Loved the beef, jollaf rice, and fufu. The English cashier was cool af. CHITOWN native. I enjoyed my meal.

I got the jerk chicken and it was tough I used the sauce that came with it and it was horrible my friend got ox tails they were not done the meat would not come off the bone everything look good but was not first and last time

Quaint eatery serving Jamaican food. The portion sizes were large and the food was delicious.
