Taco Bell - Missouri

This is one of the worst Taco Bell's in the area. Go to any other place. Extremely long waits for no reason, even if I'm the only customer around. In this drive-thru, they took my order, confirmed my order, so I know they heard me. When I pulled up to the window, they acted like nothing happened. It wasn't in the system and my food was not ready. I had to order twice. Very disorganized and rude location.

Worked here. Had a stroke. I was a manager making much less than the people I watched over. My two week notice dissapeared as if it was never submitted so the RGM could get a free trip to Hawaii. My now wife got rehired at a different location and has been going unpaid for more than a month due to the RGM Marilyn personally screwing up her infomation within the companies system. Food was made sloppy like a 2 year old did it. Hardly any meat or cheese just mostly lettuce. Soda was all carbonation. The guy taking the order was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give it no stars I would do not suggest that anyone waste their money at this establishment. Going QT and getting rollers would be better.

Why is every taco bell understaffed? If you pay you're employees more you won't have this problem. You can't have just 1 or 2 workers doing everything.

Should not have had the dining room open. Took over 20 minutes to get my meal.
