Authentic Mexican food in the heart of Savannah, Missouri. A cute little mom and pop restaurant with a lot of authentic decor. The good was amazing and cooked to perfection. Staff was super nice and very welcoming.

An excellent stop for a cup of coffee and a little something, like “churros”! Friendly, no rush and good food.

On our way back home from vacation, we looked up restaurants along our route and after reading reviews, we decided on Senor Barrigas because the reviews appeared the most honest in the town (cough cough nudge nudge), but were not expecting much since Savannah is so small and shot out. It was either this or cooking at home, so the choice was easy… well, the food was great. Friendly staff, who gave excellent service and the servings were on the generous side. So much so, that one meal could have fed two people.

Food was ok. Kinda disappointed in the rice. But the beef tacos mouth watering! Didn't need sauce for tacos. Cheese was amazing on the tacos.
