Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe went there for brunch. My husband had the fried chicken. I found the chicken to be greasy? And it tasted like it was friend in an old oil? I don’t know but something was not good about it. I had Salmon Benedict, it comes with cubed potatoes which was delicious.
Cinnamon rolls are outstanding, but enough to feed 4! All the entrees were very good. Shrimp and grits and burnt end hash were tasty but very heavy--had leftovers!
Shrimp and grits were a huge disappointment. We ordered over the phone and I asked twice if it had garlic and was first told she didn’t think so. I asked again and she said a definite no. I spent a lot of time searching for and picking out the garlic slivers and whole cloves. VERY disappointed! Had higher expectations for RYE. The sauce was very greasy and the pork tough.
Restaurant week — we had the gnocchi and the hanger steak which were both were phenomenal! Cocktails were tasty. Staff were all lovely. Attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Wonderful date night!
Went for restaurant week, mixed feelings on the experience. Pros: -The staff was wonderful, kind and friendly -Cocktails wine were great. We had Malbec, Mulled Wine and Espresso Martinis and they were all outstanding. -Atmosphere is nice, fits the plaza without feeling too “commercial” -Pies were tasty Cons: -For $50 I think we could have gotten the exactly same meals on the regular menu, if not more -The salads were bland and soggy -The gnocchi was undercooked and not very warm.
