Just ordered their food online. When I got home to eat my Chicken Emil low carb. Took a few bites and thats when the red pepper hit me. When I moved around the chicken I noticed it was covered in red pepper. No where on the menu does it say it has red pepper. I can't eat spicy foods so I don't order them. When my wife called and talked to Josh he didn't seem to care at all. He pulled a “well actually we put it on there even if it's not on the menu.” Then said he'll make sure it gets on there. Extremely disappointing. The first indication of poor service and quality was the partial loaf of dinner bread sitting on top of the to-go boxes without any box or wrapping, just a bread loaf thrown unwrapped into the bag. For the entrée, a slice of unmelted cheese was thrown on top of the pasta dish, which covered “blackened” chicken that had the same color and consistency of charcoal. Just went here for dinner and it was awful. Ordered speidini, which arrived overcooked, burned and without prosciutto or ham or bacon. It’s really just grilled and breaded chicken in garlic butter. They only took one-half of its cost off the check for something that was not what it was supposed to be and inedible!
