Mcdonald's - Missouri

They got the order wrong I asked for two cheeseburgers only ketchup and pickles and j got one with nothing on it at all I had to take it back in and get it made over the cool thing was I got to keep the plain one so I gave it to my oups

This is my first time coming here and it's rare that I do because I don't frequent the McDonald's near Springfield but those guys could learn a thing or two from the people that work here. Absolutely stunning service, effective teamwork, and smiles to match.

Enjoyed my Big Mac, fluffy soft on the inside crunchy on the outside fries, and the workers were very polite and professional.

Basic McDonald's, just off route 66… pleasant workers.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time in both drive thru lines. It's 9:17pm at night we counted 15 cars in front AND behind us just waiting, NOT moving an inch for 10 min. Do you not have special orders or delays pull up so other cars can move on through? Wow. Really bad service all we wanted were large drinks to continue our road trip.
