Mcdonald's - Missouri

Food was fresh and hot this time but the people are rude they just pretty much threw our food to us no thank you

It's a nice McDonald's, and the staff is friendly too!

The service is terrible 90% of the time unless I'm dealing with karley hughes. any other times theres rude enployees at the drive through. Rude managers. And the orders are wrong about 50% of time. The food is good enough to not care as a much and the renovations inside look great and it's never a very long wait even if it's a huge line

If I could give 0 stars I would we have been here (lake ave of st.Joseph Mo) almost an hour when we ordered we figured we wasn’t going to wait long because there was only 2 people in front of us and 3 people in the drive our first order took 20 minutes to get while they get everyone out of the drive plus more who had got into the drive after we ordered. Don’t ever do mobile order and curbside pickup you’ll wait a good half hour ordered a 5:32 didn’t get my food till 5:58 and it was cold
