Hy-vee Market Grille Express - Missouri

It's not the Hy-Vee Market Grilled Express, it's Wahlburgers. And it's pretty good. It's not very fast, but the burgers are delicious and worth the wait. They've also got some pretty creative toppings and stuff, so even though it's a burger it can have a very different taste. I also really enjoy the sweet potato tots. Had to get our own napkins and ask for silverware. Asked for a Coke and got a watered down Pepsi. Bartender never came by to ask how the food was. My wife's chicken sandwich was served raw! The bartender took the sandwich off the bill but I'm sure nothing happened to the cook who made it.

This is a great concept. love that you can get something to eat and drink to either before or after you shop for groceries. The deals they have is great and the bacon cheeseburger and fries is the best I've had. Now the problem, it is quickly turning into a drunking bar!! Big time. It got worse since they upgraded to self service. The service people really don't want to work or do their job. I don't give low ratings unless they really no good. I hope they get better.

They make sandwiches that are delicious. And they are very affordable. $5 to $6.
