Best fresh spring rolls with the peanut dipping sauce. Arnold Palmer just the way I like it. V3 is quite delicious.

Not an authentic vietnamese restaurant. Spicy beef noodle tasted terrible and ice coffee tasted like a store bought. Stay away if possible.

Went in for lunch the other day and really enjoyed it. I got the chicken curry and my kid got BBQ pork. I finished my curry for dinner, it was so good but a lot of food. Going there did make me wonder how the Gentleman store has stayed open. I don't normally go into this shopping center and have even frequented the gentleman cigar shop for fancy smokes when I was younger, but wow. That place really needs to move to its own building. Decent food, but used to be better. Bit pricey slow. Does not follow instructions sent through GrubHub (requested “no pork” . Honestly, try Hong Yen first.

The restaurant is dated and heavily smelled that can cause headaches. Foods are looking good but not taste right, not authentic for sure.
