Arby's - Missouri

So we were going to go to Arby's and pick up dinner on our way home, the one where we live burned down so it's been a minute since we have had it. The drive thru line was not moving at all…and as we are sitting there waiting to order, patiently....some employee keeps cracking the back door and talking in a weird voice, I won't even get into what was being said, instead of working and helping the customers. Terrible service…unprofessional staff…doors are always locked after 6pm store constantly closed regardless of posted hours. I know everywhere in world is short staffed but that’s just not the issue here.

Quick service, orders always correct. Very clean dining room. The self-serve soda machine is available inside, but the self-serve condiments are all still removed (pandemic fall-out). You'll have to ask for ketchup and other sauces at the counter.

The food was great, but web site said you could eat in and when we got there it was drive through only.

Still can't dine inside — so the drive through is busy
