I have visited this restaurant three times now. Each time I visit there is an employee at the drive-through window. As soon as this employee sees me at the menu they walk away from the window and will not take my order. I have pulled up to the window several times only to see Steph standing just out of eyesight talking. Calling corporate in the morning.
Apparently the credit card machine is down but no one told anyone standing in line that it was broke til you went to order. So I stand in line for 30 minutes just to place my order before the rude lady at the cash register said anything. Worst place in history and should be shut down. Will never give Arbys another chance everyone of the stores are nasty and something is always out of order.
Stopped to get food late (after 11:30 pm). No one answered drive thru but we observed people inside. Drove up to the window. Guy came to the window…stared at us and walked away without a word to us. Are you closed, incompetent, or both? Could have at least let us know if you were closed. Or maybe turn your signs off and change your billboard that says you are open 24 hrs. Poor customer service either way.
Obviously a food handlers card is not required at this location, not even mad about that, i counted 9 ppl behind the counter, we need more sandwich makey less talky, my truck sat on the fuel island for over 20 minutes while everyone watched 1 person work. Very lousy situation.
