Is it the service or the food that makes a restaurant great? My answer? The food makes the restaurant great, but the service makes the experience unforgettable. My server Elaina had great recommendations and truly knew how to make newcomers feel special. I'm not used to eating seafood due to living inland all my life but my wife decided to take us here on a whim. I was hesitant at first because I've only eaten freshwater food, and I thought the experience was going to be horrible. I could not be anymore wrong. Elaina showed me the easy options to eat first before diving into some of the more traditional seafood. Although I can't describe to you the taste of the food, other than it being good...; I can tell you that the service by her was extremely memorable. She made sure to always check in on us and my wife and I had great time. I would recommend this place to anyone trying out seafood. Make sure to say Hau sent you, and don't forget to ask for Elaina. My boyfriend and I usually look forward to coming Reel! The food is always bomb! It’s also hard to find a actually good crawfish and decent priced place nowadays. The food of course is always great but what makes it better is the service. The staff are usually welcoming and kind. However, whenever we usually go Alex is usually our server! He’s very considerate and usually updating us about any changes or something new that he suggest that we should try! He’s very quick and always checks up on us! Very cool guy!

The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to youngsters and adults alike. They were all exquisite. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The award-winning chefs use the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are simply delightful. The restaurant also offers a happy hour. The service was quality. Jomar was very engaged or interested in his job. He seemed very warm and thoughtful. He came around to check on our experience and seemed to be authentically engaged. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is brilliant.

The place was clean. Went inside the guy who took my order was friendly and helpful. I ordered the catfish and shrimp it took about 15 minutes to get the food. At first glance the food appears to look good nice presentation. But when I tasted it, it was bland even with seasoned fries not much flavor and the catfish isn’t real catfish I don’t know what it was. The shrimp were fried to perfection just bland.

Great seafood boil! I ordered king crabs, headless shrimp, with corn sausage and potatoes. Perfect amount of seasoning with the garlic butter sauce. Server and staff were wonderful too! Jomar, our waiter, was extremely friendly and attended to all our needs!
