Pizza Hut - Missouri City

I had never had a bad experience with pizza hut til today! had to wait and 15 minutes extra so they could get my pizza cup again, they gave it to someone. they were just good that they upgraded me and gave me a big one instead of the medium I ordered!

I spend 40 minutes waiting for a small pizza that fight workers and at the end they give me a complete other pizza.

I ordered a pizza at 2:30 the delivery never came I called 3 times and they told me it would arrive soon... I went to pick it up and it was all cold I will never go back to that place with slow people

This is the BEST pizza place ever! I truly appreciate the excellent service I received from Mr. Karl. This was a special order for 19 hungry students and a wonderful office staff. I placed the order a day ahead And everything went perfectly. Excellent job Mr. Karl! Keep up the great work!

Do no order from this Pizza hut unless you want your food to be more than an hour late. The staff do not care, the female staff member working tonight was rude and straight up hung up on my wife when she called to inquire about the delay. Terrible service, will never order from here again.
