Horrible service! Actually non-existent service. My wife, three kids, and myself walked in to a freezing cold lobby and waited almost 10 minutes just to have every single employee look at us, but not talk to us at all. After we left and headed across the highway to McDonald’s, I called Taco Bell to voice my displeasure about our visit. The woman was pretty nice and apologetic. She told me that I needed to use the kiosk, and that was why we weren’t helped. I asked if there was a sign that stated this, and she said no. I asked how I was supposed to know that when there was no sign, she didn’t have an answer for that. It’s probably a good thing though half the employees were wearing pajama pants and slippers, and were swearing in front of my children. I know you can’t expect much from a place like this But I expected a little more than what I got.

Apparently I have to say light ice to get any soda. Ridiculous amount of ice. Has also gotten my order wrong 3 times now. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Employees were swearing up a storm. And yelling at one another. Not a good look!

I ordered DoorDash, this tacobell gave us nothing but more!!! I want to let everyone know that I got Salmonella from the chicken burritos. And not just me my whole family!!! We Ordered Supreme’s they gave us all regulars. This is the most important thing, Food Safety and that was absolutely not met to any standard. The food was a messy messy mess. I will never come to this restaurant again, and I don’t think you should either after this Sickness. This all was ordered on October 25, 2023 at the TacoBell in the Wye.
