Przekaż informację zwrotnąI order from Voy Jamaican every week through skipthedishes.com. Last weekend I called the restaurant directly to complain they had messed up my last 2 orders. They did ensure that everything was perfect. I ordered dinner tonight from them and received a call back from the courier. Voy Jamaican cannot fulfill your order tonight as they are "too busy". Glad to hear things are so great they could care less about a regular customer who orders virtually every week.
Hello, on March 17,2017 I visited Voy Restaurant and wrote about it. I said that the food was very good but on that night the service was not very good. Well since then I have been back twice and both times the experience was very enjoyable. The managress did apologize to me about my previous bad experience and I thought that was a very classy gesture. Everyone can have an off day or night. Thanks to you all at Voy.
My husband and I visited here for the first time for lunch. The food was incredible and were the people who worked there. We will defiantly be going back again. Thanks for the wonderful meal. Mr and Mrs Mignott
I have been to this restaurant in the past, several times. The food is very tasty, but the service has deteriorated. Last night, I leave my warm condo, to brave the cold, and drive quite a distance to Voy. I arrived and immediately sensed something was not right. There is the lady, who I normally see there, who I presume is the the owner/manager. She pointed to a table, so I sat down. I asked if the buffet was on, and she said yes, and that I can help myself, which I did. There are no waiters/waitresses, bartender. The owner seemed to be the only person working the restaurant, other than the chef. I served myself, ate, the food was good. For the 1 hour plus that I was there, I was never even offered a glass of water, or asked if I wanted a drink. As a matter of fact she never said a word to me the entire time I was there. Even when I wanted to leave, to get the bill took about 10 minutes. It was only when I was brought the credit card machine, that she mumbled something like, " I did not pay you any attention ". I left feeling that the experience of relaxation and service that is supposed to be part of the dining experience, NEVER HAPPENED. I left the restaurant very thirsty to say the least. This is no way to treat a customer, and a repeat one. Whether they have staff problems or not is no excuse for poor service. I have my doubts if I will return.
Every single time I have ever ordered food here, weather to dine in or take out, It is consistent!!! and flavourful!!! I also am very impressed by the fact that they have vegetarian options, that are very good!
