While the server was nice and polite, they were disorganized and made several mistakes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. They forgot to bring our waters and mixed up our orders. The food was mediocre at best. The calamari had a strong, fishy smell, and the house dressing for salads was flavorless. My friend even found a not-so-fresh broccoli in her salad. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant. It was a disappointing experience.
I have been a frequent patron of this restaurant for the past two months and have always enjoyed my experience. The service is attentive, the food is served quickly and piping hot. The quality of the food is excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the spiciness of the butter chicken, the teriyaki flavor of the smoked salmon, and the BBQ flavors of the burgers. The menu offers a wide variety of options to suit every taste preference. The atmosphere is cozy, the restaurant is spacious, and it never feels overcrowded. It is a perfect place to meet friends for a catch-up or to treat your family to a nice meal. You can't go wrong with this restaurant!
The food and drinks were excellent. However, the service could be improved as there were new staff members in training and the trainer seemed to miss asking important questions such as refilling drinks or checking on the quality of the food. Additionally, the restaurant could benefit from some interior decor updates.
The service was really nice! The server is extremely kind and I love how he calls us “my friend” it makes it easy to talk to him. The drinks taste really good! A little expensive but nice to hang out
I visited this place sometime in winter for a nice breakfast and brunch with my family and when served I found the tea was not strong enough and asked for an extra bag of tea. It was not a good tea or tea bag. I sent the tea back and asked if it could be replaced by a coffee. At the bill the waiter started arguing about the tea that I have to pay for it. I asked for the manager who was not available at that time. The waiter asked to pay for an extra bag that was equivalent to the price pf tea. I paid and left and will never return to the “Symposium” chain of restaurants. Just pathetic customer service
