Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I was extremely pleased with the service at this restaurant. It was very fast and clean, and the food met my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and what really impressed me was how everyone prioritized the customers. They didn't hesitate to stop and help customers, no matter what they were doing. The food was of high quality and overall, it was a great place to dine. I will definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a chicken salad while the lady behind me ordered only one salad. My order took a long time to come out. When the server asked me what I wanted on my salad, she took a while to add all the toppings. Then she brought me a second salad bowl instead of my original order. I informed her that I only ordered one salad, but she insisted that both were mine. I asked what was in the second bowl, and she simply said "salad". I told her that I didn't order it, but she still tried to give it to me until the lady behind me claimed it as hers. This was a ridiculous and frustrating experience at Harvey's. They need to hire more competent staff.

What is not for two burgerries or tweebel rings and two drinks for the control for CAA members? they will give us veggie burgers on a whole grain back and all toppings that we like, including guacamole and tzatziki. with tweak and sometimes even with fries. the burger delicious, perfectly boiled frying and tweepering rings and we sometimes update the frying to a poutine from which the gravy is vegetarian. the location was clean, workers cheerful and the staff cheerful. the staff that assembled the burger was amazing and made the burger exactly as we asked him.

We went to the counter and ordered from a nice lady. when we moved into the area of the condiments, one of the servers was new so that the dings were somewhat slower than usual for a harvey’s. we tried the new cheese and speck angus burger, the definitiw not the money for what we got. stale rolls and hard cheese. Maybe out too much time under the heat lamp? we found that we could have gone to the attached swiss chalet and have been much more satisfied for the same price.

Bought a Poutine Burger from this place and asked twice and double confirmed to ensure that no Bacon was put into the Burger and the server confirmed that they will not be putting in any Bacon. We drove off and when we opened the burgers...they both contained Bacon. Upon confronting the staff the manager asked the lady who took our order who laughed and said no they did not put bacon in it. We did not even get a sorry or anything and everyone was laughing as if it was the joke of the day. That's the last time we ever went to a Harvey's!!!
