Swiss Chalet - Mississauga

Well, we tried this location again, should have known better. Our phone in order wasn’t there. Thru the years we have never received our complete or correct order. The prices on the website were lower than posted in the store and Preet would not sell us our food at those prices or give us an itemized recipe. No salad was available, really no garden salad? No multi grain rolls, no Chalet sauce.Last time EVER! It’s been a steady decline at this location for many years. We have reached out before and apparently the customer is always wrong. The arrogance and attitude of the staff is an insult. If I could leave 0 stars and still leave a review I would have.

I tried placing my order online, but it wouldn’t take the coupon code. Alison, at the take out counter, was very helpful and quick to resolve this. While waiting, I saw how she continued to be polite, welcoming, and friendly all while being efficient.Food wise: the chicken was delicious. The sides of fries and vegetables were not very good. They were all clumped together in the containers and I live 4 minutes from the restaurant. I had to reheat them in the oven at home.My family and I frequent this location throughout the year and the food and service is outstanding for dine in.

I always order from this location as it is the closest to me. Had one small issue with respect to an order I had. Called customer service and they said the store would contact me back. Few days later, was in contact with PREET(the manager of this location) she was very polite and helpful and listened to me regarding my experience and was quick to make it right on my next order(which I placed with her right away after speaking with her) She has great management and customer service skills. Thank you Preet!

All things considered and the excellent value for money food that Swiss Chalet serves, I would highly recommend giving it a try. If doing takeout, the deals are even better. The chicken entrees and hot chicken sandwich are family favourites, as well as the Chalet chicken soup as a side/starter.

My usual Swiss Chalet with excellent food and service at the takeout counter. Not nice that the CAA discount has a $50 minimum spend now.Food: 5/5
