Przekaż informację zwrotnąNormally not one to write reviews, and I used to love this location, but recently it’s went so downhill and after an exceptionally bad experience I feel I have to.This Osmows was my regular lunch location 1-2 a week as I work nearby, but a change in employees (at least on the days I go) has seen a huge drop in food quality and safety. I have a dairy allergy, and one reason I love osmows is they have a garlic sauce that’s vegan, which means I can get white sauce without worry. After a visit the other day, the guy preparing my wrap used the vegan garlic sauce (I always watch as my allergy is my responsibility and I let them know if they reach for the regular one) but right at the end he squirted in a bit of what appeared to be the regular garlic sauce. I asked about this when the wrap was handed to me, and he assured me it was sesame, which I did not request. I asked again to confirm it wasn’t garlic sauce, as it looked identical to the garlic sauce, and he again said “sesame, vegan” so I left.Based on the reaction I had after only one bite, I can safely say it was not sesame, or at the very least not vegan. This lack of care for customer safety, on top of the already rapid decline in food quality just ruined one of my favourite spots for lunch, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone, allergy or not. Best case you get bad food, worst case you get very sick.
Used to love Osmows for their food. But nowadays they reduce the quantity and sauces as well.If we are paying an extra amount for Philly Chicken then they should provide enough sauce to make it what it tastes like.Very unsatisfied with recent few experiences
I ordered Beyond Meat and they sent me Beyond Steak. Note: the Beyond Steak is absolutely DISGUSTING, I do not recommend.
I went to get 3 large lunches today knowing that my son and daughter were feeling hungry and usually service is quick there. After bringing home the food I realize the quality was not the same. I may have been there a month or 2 ago. My daughter mentioned the same to me with the fall off in quality. Thinking back I realized that it appears to be new staff there. Was the business sold? If so, there does not seem to be any knowledge transfer from the previous owners.
Osmow's Shawarma Review Having frequented this specific Osmow's Shawarma franchise on multiple occasions, I consistently find myself underwhelmed by the food. To clarify, this is not a reflection on the chefs; I believe they adhere to the preparation protocols diligently. Rather, it's the dishes themselves that consistently miss the mark. The fries are uninspiring in taste, and while the chicken is decent, it doesn’t stand out. A significant area of concern is the sauces. They lack flavor, and the hot sauces, instead of enhancing the dish, seem to detract from it.Despite my ongoing disappointment, the prime location and extended hours keep me coming back, especially when I need a late-night meal. I must commend the staff at this branch – they are consistently welcoming and respectful. From a presentation standpoint, the meals could use improvement. While many seem to enjoy Osmow's offerings, I find them bland. I genuinely hope they consider revamping their sauce selection and introducing innovative dishes. For those seeking an exceptional Shawarma experience, I highly recommend Original Shawarma in Mississauga. It's a gastronomic delight.
