He is incredibly gracious and even allowed existing customers to skip the line for additional orders. His humility and warmth shine through—he surprised my son with a complimentary ice cream and didn’t charge me for extra pav, saying, “It’s okay, just enjoy the food.” Overall, Milan Pan offers a wonderful mix of delightful food, a welcoming ambiance, and exceptional customer service. I'm not sure where to start, but the pav bhaji here is absolutely delicious! With just one bite, I was transported back to Mumbai. It's truly authentic Mumbai street food. The staff is accommodating and friendly; when I requested buttermilk, they prepared it for me with a smile. The paan is also fantastic! We drove an hour from Waterloo just to indulge in this chaat. I even celebrated my birthday here and as a huge wada pav fan, I loved every moment! The spice level is just right; it has a sharp kick that really adds to the experience.
