Italian Express - Mississauga

Bessy is your girl! She will take care of you. sweet dame and service is on the spot! came here to lunch with colleagues and we ordered from hot table. it is authentic Italian eating and they are full and satisfied. we ordered the Auberginen-Pamigiana, kalbsandwich and Kalbs-Dinnerplatte. because our first time she was so thoughtful, she made us taste the different pasta dishes this day. everything was delicious! we're coming back!

Was here a few times to lunch and eating is always excellent. Recently I had the pasta meal with fish 17.) I stayed shortly after 1 and there was no fish anymore, but they had some in the back they prepared and suggested, about 5 minutes waiting for it, it was so worth waiting as it tasted delicious. the part was perfect and the same goes for the pasta and tomato sauce. they have a Caferien type setup, where most of the foods are already prepared and ready for coating and so service was quite fast, was in and out of under 10 minutes. the staff is very friendly, the place itself is small, but has about a dozen tables to set up is parking available, but limited. overall a great experience and tasty eating, I recommend checking it when they are looking for a fast lunch.

Serving a small group is always a challenge for any establishment. But IE managed to do it effortlessly. My eggs were as requested. Food was served in a timely manner. The owner/wait person is very friendly, makes suggestions, ask questions to ensure what you ask for is what you want. It's a pleasure to eat and meet there. I ate lunch there many moons ago and really enjoyed the selection of pastas from which to choose. It's located in an industrial setting and is easily overlooked, but by the crowds, the local businesses know about it.

The hot table is fresh and lots of variety from which to choose. Pastas, fish, chicken, several vegetables. Very friendly service. Family operated. Great place for lunch.

Our first visit to the Italian Express was a remarkable surprise. Nestled in a commercial area of Mississauga the caliber of food could compete with any downtown bistros. Enjoyed the most spectacular Eggplant dish and the fish melted in your mouth and everything was fresh. Definitely a great place for a business lunch that's priced right. If you are like me, a bit of a coffee snob you will enjoy the espresso. Great for small private functions and they do catering as well.Take time to visit and experience for yourself
