Hot N Sour - Mississauga

Me and my son came here just to have a soup. Since we did not order anything else from the menu we were charged additional 1 dollar per person. I found that quite wierd especially when this restaurant aims to remain open in this competitive space. The server did tell us this when we ordered itself however this is the first time a restaurant is charging extra for ordering just a soup.The quantity is good. The soup came in less than 5 min which is good.

Food was really fresh and not oily which was really nice! The whole family enjoyed Hakka noodles so much that we ordered it again for take out! Only downside was that the service was a little delayed since the restaurant was quite full when we arrived around 8. But food was def worth itDietary restrictions: Halal and vegetarian

I would give them ZERO STARS if I could HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE MANAGER the FISH PAKORA was disgusting and veg noodles and dragon chicken was mediocre when asked for a refund for the fish pakora the manager refused saying the food is fine will never be coming here again.Reply to the owner- First of all I am the consumer I bought and tried the product and did not like it you have no right to tell me that nothing was wrong with it. Only the restaurants that don't get much business are the one's that refuse to give a refund. After a lot of arguing is when you finally agreed to give me a soup for free but that is not what I intially wanted. And you never asked me to give you back the fish pakora and even if you did why should I give it back to you? I rather throw it away because the fish pakora was $15 and the soup is only $8 I can't believe you went out of your way to reply to my comment unbelievably petty customer service and worst experience you are acting like this is the first time you got a bad review will not recommend and ever return again have a great day

Glad we discovered this place. We used to go to Royal Jasmine but compared to it thsi place is a gem. Must visit place for a good food with good portion.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and of high quality! I have been a regular customer for years, and the only thing that has changed is the price, which is still reasonable given the current market conditions. The decor has also improved significantly and continues to get better with time. During my recent visit, I ordered Chicken Corn Soup, Manchurian Rice, and Dragon Shrimp, and I was impressed by the generous portions and delicious flavors. Overall, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again!
