Heart Sushi - Mississauga

The technology in ordering your meal from an I-pod, complete with pictures and a synopsis of your meal, is very helpful. I find the quality to be very good and the price fair. Service can be hit and miss depending on the day you go, or the staff which are present, but this should not prevent you from giving this restaurant a try.

The sushi here was very fresh. The concept of ordering on an IPad is wonderful and this place does it extremely well. The service is fast and accurate. The other items were also very good. Soups, desserts, salads, and appetizers were equally excellent. The only complaint was the lack of both regular tuna and ebi (shrimp) at lunch. I suppose it is expensive.(?) Disappointing. Prices are quite affordable.

A la carte is available too, but if dining as a group, everyone has to have the same option. Price is similar at other sushi AYCEs and quality and taste for the choices we had here were all very good. Presentation and taste wise *see photo: prices are significantly more at dinner (with an extended menu) and then premium priced for Fri-SunService also very typical, iPads to order, not many smiles from servers who just walk past placing dishes on your table. You ordered them by pictures and descriptions on screen, so really why would servers need to communicate? they could very well be robots with no emotions in human form IF you do have issues, one plus is they don't auto add gratuity for small groups.Staff were constantly clearing dishes/tables, seating new customers, dishing up food. Worked hard to keep the atmosphere clean and pleasant. Modern decor. Liked the comfy booths. Plenty of free parking in and around Heartlands. Would come again if starving and craving a wasabi fix.

The staff and food has always been excellent here but recently both has become awful. Rude wait staff and no quality control. Old produce and undercooked food! So disappointed, this WAS one of my favorite.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and nicely decorated. There are hand sanitiser dispensers at the front of the restaurant. Tablets are used to order the food.The salmon was fresh and the rice was cooked nicely. I recommend the sushi pizza which was well seasoned. We were surprised to find Chinese and Korean cuisine in the menu. We tried shrimp dumplings from the Chinese menu and kalbee from the Korean menu.The food came at a reasonable speed considering the amount of customers in the restaurant.
