I've tried many burger places, but Big Smoke is my all-time favorite. I visit the Square One and Yorkdale locations every month, but Square One is definitely my top choice. Employee Jeet is incredibly sweet; she surprises me with new flavors during every visit and helps me with great respect. She personally takes care of every detail of my order. The entire staff is friendly and always willing to help. Their chipotle sauce is amazing, especially with the onion rings, which I always choose because I can never decide between fries and onion rings. I never miss an opportunity to come here. The Blazing Pineapple and The Beast burgers are the best! Great job, team!

I ordered a burger from Big Smoke Burger, but they left the meat on the grill until it was burned. When I went back to ask for a replacement, they rudely told me "no" and that there was nothing they could do for me. The customer service was incredibly disappointing, especially from one of the staff members, who was very disrespectful.

STAY AWAY! n nAbsolutely disappointed, the food there was garbage I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, it smelled rotten! I asked the employees there about this, they were extremely rude, never coming back there. n nIf you 're going to sell garbage food at least treat your customers well.

Tried blazin pineapple with Beyond meat for the first time .Girl name Lovepreet helped me in customizing the order as this burger comes with beef patty. Very professional and true customer service. Highly recommend this place.
