Burrito Boyz - Mississauga

This restaurant serves well-crafted, fresh, and delicious burritos. The portions are huge for the price. The Haddock fish burrito with mango salsa is particularly tasty. It's definitely a great place to quickly grab a bite to go or grab a tray for the beach.

Manger BB is rude. Poor customer service. I ordered whole Black beans with salad naked bowl burrito and I even called in advance for proper information of our order before placing the order. Still didn't get the way we wanted and then when ask for a refund order or just replace with a new they refused ane said we will only 50% discount. Like why we would pay for their mistake. Worst restaurant ever.

The manager at Manger BB is impolite and provides poor customer service. I waited 20 minutes for a naked burrito and will not be returning to this location. Burrito boys should reconsider having this BB manager represent their brand. Customers have expressed their dissatisfaction in the comments. Improvement is necessary!

I’m just here to say how do the owners have their workers working at a place that’s 30 degrees with no air conditioning?? It’s hotter in here than it is outside and we’re in the middle of a heat wave. You can most certainly afford to provide your workers with a proper work environment.. I’m not gonna give 1 star because the workers are amazing and the food is great but this is unacceptable work conditions and something needs to be done

Place is consistent, staff is efficient at this location. Not sure how they keep track of the burritos on the grill but they always get it right. Hope they consider bringing back green onions and green peppers. (replaced with red onion and orange peppers). Hot sauce is actually hot when you get a line.
