Bento Sushi - Mississauga

I ordered takeout and paid $18 for a meal that was dull, boring, and tasteless. There were no shrimp or any raw fish; just cold rice with vegetables, lightly drizzled in sauce. I won't be returning. Save your time and money and head to a genuine sushi restaurant, even if it costs a little more.

Take out family pack . Portion size getting smaller and smaller... last week there was an extra piece in family pack on promo but is now 4 bucks more... Looks like I'll be looking elsewhere..

While I was in the shower, I received four missed calls from personal numbers along with a text message claiming that I refused to pay and that the police would be called. I was in shock! I clearly told her she could have the pizza back after waiting so long and struggling with the payment. I have security cameras outside my house that recorded the entire incident. I feel I need to involve the police to address this harassment and to show them that the delivery driver is lying. She had the nerve to say that I didn’t pay for the pizza when she willingly told me to keep it. I reached out to their head office for help, but all they did was reverse the order, which was no help at all.

I went to pick up my order at the Pizza Pizza outlet on McLaughlin and Mavis. I noticed two pizza makers who weren't wearing gloves while making pizzas. When I asked why they weren't using gloves, they replied that they were making pizzas for themselves. Is it really acceptable for them to be making personal pizzas without gloves?

We ordered from pizza pizza last night. Because of COVID-19, you can see on their website the new procedure for delivery. The new procedure is for the driver to place your order at your front door, ring your doorbell, and back off several meters until the homeowner opens the door. Our driver did not follow these rules. When my husband answered the door, the driver handed our order directly to him... and then stood there waiting for a tip. The tip was included in our online credit card purchase so not sure why he expected another tip. I hope in future drivers will do better with social distancing and follow the rules as laid out by their own company.
