I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They wouldn't take my order over the phone, even though my online payment kept failing. The woman I spoke to was quite rude and showed no willingness to assist me. It’s frustrating that their apparent laziness seems to take precedence over serving customers. I recommend going to Burrito Boyz instead; it's much better!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I asked the staff to add pineapple salsa, and he informed me I would be charged extra. When I requested more vegetables, he replied that the box was large, which is why it didn't look full. However, I've been a customer of Bar Burritos for a long time and never noticed any difference in the size of the bowls before. He charged me $13 for my meal, while I usually get the same burritos at another location for just over $10. I wish the owner would pay attention to this, as the staff are clearly not following the restaurant's guidelines. I will not be returning to this location.

I had dinner here yesterday and ordered a spicy chicken burrito while my partner chose a jerk chicken quesadilla. The food was tasty, but unfortunately, both of us faced serious digestive issues the following morning, which caused three hours of discomfort. I've dined here several times before, but this is the first time I've experienced such a problem. I even had to call in sick to work because of it.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional, both in terms of quality and portion sizes! The service is also top-notch—swift and welcoming. Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant in the city! The cheese is incredibly tasty!
