Whataburger - Mission

My orders are consistently incorrect whenever I visit this restaurant. On my most recent trip, I spent $50 on five meals, but only two of them were right. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to avoid wasting money and not getting what you ordered.

Thanks for overcharging the community that made you bunch of sell outs. Food stamps sound better than stolen meat from wherever you claim it's 100% beef? Chicago owns the chain and they implied the first Purge in The United States of America.#FourHorseMenAudits

Jose was very helpful during my visit. The restaurant was clean and well-lit. The fries were fine, just like others have mentioned in their reviews. It seems that most complaints come from issues with the drive-thru; if you order inside, you'll have a much better experience.

As someone who works in outside sales, I find myself eating out more than I probably should while traveling throughout the Valley. I've visited almost every Whataburger from Roma to South Padre Island, and I have to say, this location offers the best customer service and the most welcoming, homey atmosphere. There's an older gentleman who walks around checking in with customers to ensure everything is okay and if they need anything else. From the moment I stepped inside, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I typically don't leave comments with my reviews, but this Whataburger has truly impressed me. I didn’t want to come off as strange by asking for his name, but I did notice he was wearing a white Whataburger shirt—Mr. Martin Gonzalez. Thank you so much; you truly made my day!
