The lady repeated the order back to me then asked what I wanted to drink and I told her a Dr Pepper and she could swap the fries with onion rings and add ajalapeño on the side. I drove up to work Dow easily since there was only 2 cars waiting and one was leaving as I was pulling upto the drive thru window. The lady was getting my drink ready and asked for my name, I told and then asked for the money of$11.42 for the order. I gave her $12.00 and got the change back but no receipt. I guess that is expected was this whataburger. Ithen pulled up to wait for my order. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and then got my order. I drove home and noticed my orderwas incorrect. I ended up with a regular toasted bread that looked like it needed to be toasted a bit more and a totallydifferent burger that I requested. I called whataburger and asked for the manager. I talked to a Robert whom later said he wasactually Diego. He said he would replace my meal but yo drive the 8 miles back for a mistake they did and it being almost 10:30pm I just deflated. What a way to finish off the day and end up with a dinner that was given to me by mistaken order. Whatridiculous service this place offers. Never again will I make this mistake. What a waste of money on my behalf and for trustingthis establishment of getting my order correct even after they confirmed it. Thank you Robert/Diego, whatever your name is!
Doing better than before. Frys are still a joke. Always short on the amount, come on they are potatoes. Dirt cheap. Especially in the AM do not expect anything but cold half full fries. Just an FYI. Perhaps there is a potato shortage...probably not.
Clean and friendly employees...just the AC temperature not low enough...to hot and humid to enjoy delicious food
Ordered a SAUSAGE bob ranchero and they gave it to me without the sausage , which isn’t the problem I get it mistakes happen, however there was NOONE in the restaurant but still ok . I took a bite then realizing what there’s no sausage .So we take the sausage bob (without the sausage) back to counter and showed the manager because she’s the one at the counter , she proceeds to turn around get a sausage and wrap it in the white burger wrapper and comes back to counter , while I’m standing there with egg and bun in my hand confused as to what’s happening? She then gives me the sausage by itself wrapped up and I just look like WHAT !!! So then she sees the PUZZLED confused and she asked wel do u want another one and I was like yes. Making it seem like if I was bothering them and I. Reality it was their mistake. Just over all bad service. That was not the only issue
Slowly and hardly any customers in place and they have the drive thru people sitting right there while their food is just inside...how do I know? I came in. This is a Whataburger you need to come to because it is in the neighborhood. Always terrible service
