Got there before opening time, we were told that they couldn't open because they were working on so.e to go orders. To wait 5 minutes and then came out and said a another 15 minutes. People were leaving and I finally left. This is so ridiculous! They lost alot of customers today. Manager couldn't even come out to explain. Alot of unhappy customers!
This is one of my favorite places. I give it 4 stars because they really need a drive-through option!
The prices for food at this restaurant continue to rise, while the portion sizes shrink. Paying $14 for a small chicken sandwich and a soup feels excessive, as if their main focus is on profit rather than quality. The food used to be good, but now it's disappointing and disheartening.
